Put RANGERS on the street to stop homeless camps<br \/>2. Place RANGERS in parks and public areas where our children play to prevent homeless crime<br \/>3. Assist Code Enforcement in removing homeless camps<br \/>4. Patrol high crime areas to report and protect against homeless crime<br \/>5.
